The problem
I was repeating the same career story across resume tools, AI chats, spreadsheets, and application forms. Other job seekers were doing the same.
They often spent time tailoring an application before they knew if the role was worth it.
The key insight
I had shipped a resume builder. A customer cancelled after receiving their resume. They asked why they would keep paying once the document was done. The product had finished its only job. I had built a one-time output, not a system people needed for the rest of the search.
What I changed
Career Memory
Store verified experience once. Every resume, letter, and prep kit pulls from that source instead of a new prompt.

Job Lens
Most job extensions try to fill forms or spray applications. Job Lens does the opposite. Click it on a posting in Chrome or Edge. It reads that page only, shows the title, company, and description, and waits until you confirm the extract is right.
Then it scores the role against Career Memory and opens a tailored resume and cover letter in the same workspace. No copy-paste. No invented experience. No auto-apply.
Autofill tools break when a portal changes. Job Lens never touches the employer form, so reliability comes from a narrower job: capture, review, decide, prepare. For that job, it is the most reliable option I have seen.

One continuous workflow
The job, documents, follow-up, tracker, and interview kit stay linked. Once the posting is in, the rest of the search stays in one place.
Proof
- Resume and cover letter in one pass, under 60 seconds, in English, German, Spanish, Swedish, and French.
- Job Lens ships on Chrome and Edge. It reads the posting on the page, keeps review first, and does not auto-apply.
- Search and AI assistants became the main way people found the product after I built public entity pages, llms.txt, and crawler access.
- A mobile Lighthouse run on the homepage scored 100 SEO, 95 performance, and 96 accessibility.
"I used ElevateAI to tailor my resume + cover letter and I already have 2 interviews lined up for next week."
If I started again
If I started again, I would model the full job-search lifecycle before treating resume generation as the product.
